• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
  
• All returned items must be unused and in original condition.
  
• Photos of any damage or defect are required before an RMA will be issued.
  
• An RMA is required for all returns. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the incorrect product was ordered.
  
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  
• Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
  
• Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.
